IR Management watches the incidence rate and survey length while your Audience project is live.
If the current field results are different from the values used at launch, IR Management sends you a notification. The notification shows the current metrics and suggests a CPI that may help the project receive more traffic.
IR Management does not pause data collection. Your project stays live while you review the information.
Incidence rate, or IR, is the percentage of screened people who qualify for the study. It is based on screening questions, not on survey completion behavior.
Example: 1,000 people enter the survey. If 250 complete it and 50 qualify but reach a full quota or leave the survey, the IR is (250 + 50) / 1,000 x 100 = 30%.
The notification can show the current on-field IR, the current length of interview, and a suggested CPI.
The suggested CPI is guidance to help gain more respondent traffic. It does not automatically change the CPI, pause the project, or stop data collection.
Review the current metrics and the suggested CPI. Use the suggestion to decide whether the project price should be adjusted to attract more respondent traffic.
You can continue to monitor the live project while making this decision because data collection remains active.
