QuestionPro allows you to enable notifications whenever there is a new response submited for your survey.
Email notifications can alert you about the incomming responses and feedback as well as enable you to take important and urgent actions based on these responses. When respondents answer your survey, it is customary and a good practice to thank them for their time spent on giving you feedback. Also, a survey response may be needed by the respondent for record keeping. You can setup following notifications for your survey to achive the above objectives.
You can enable this option under: My Surveys (Select Survey) » Edit » Settings
Go to Notifications under Settings.
Enable the toggle for Thank You Email
Thank you email notifications will be enabled and emails will be sent to respondents if they are sent from QuestionPro email tracking or if you have added a question on the survey asking respondents for their email address.
Under notifications, click on the Thank You Email text.
Here you can now edit the subject and content of the email. You can also use system variables for dynamic replacement.
