Workspace URL
What is a workspace URL?
Workspace URL is the base URL for all your survey links. Workspace URL is useful to improve brand identity and recognition for your survey links.
How do I update my workspace URL?
Workspace URLs are set for every organization. You can update the workspace URL under your organization settings
Please note that you can only have one workspace URL for your organization. If you update the workspace URL, it will be updated for your entire organization and applied to all surveys. DO_NOT update workspace URL if you have live surveys with ongoing data collection.
Go to: Login » Organization » Settings
Click on the Settings button
On the popup you can update the workspace URL if required
For your organization the workspace URL will be set as the base URL for all surveys
Can I remove the workspace URL?
No. Workspace URL adds security and individual brand identity for your survey URLs. You cannot remove the workspace URLs.
What happens if I change the workspace URL?
We recommend not changing the workspace URL if you have surveys actively collecting data.
However, if you still wish to change the workspace URL. All links with the earlier workspace URL will stop working. You will need to redistribute the survey with the new workspace URL.License
