Email address upload limit - maximum email list size
The total number of email addresses that you can upload to QuestionPro is limited by your license. Currently, the following limits apply:

The email address limit is for your organization and includes email lists for all surveys. This limit is not for individual surveys but across all surveys.
Can I get an extension on this limit?
If you need more than 100,000 emails, please get in touch with your Account Manager or click here to chat with our solution specialists, and they will provide you with the upgrade or extension cost associated with sending more emails.
Note: Essentials license email list limit cannot be extended.
